Request Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the NiceHire apps (NiceHire Talent, NiceHire Mentor, and NiceHire Employer), published by Vectech Limited.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app. Each NiceHire app (NiceHire Talent, NiceHire Mentor, and NiceHire Employer) includes an account-deletion option in its settings.

Sign in to the app and open Settings.

Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the personal data described below are deleted; the deletion is permanent and you will no longer be able to sign in with those credentials.
Or submit a written request
If you can no longer access the app, submit the form below. We verify ownership of the account (to protect you from unauthorized deletion), then permanently delete your data and confirm by email.
What data is deleted
When we complete a verified request, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Account and login credentials (name, email, password)
- Profile details, resume/CV files, and parsed resume information
- Job applications, application history, and saved jobs
- Interview transcripts and AI evaluation reports
- Mentoring session records (NiceHire Mentor)
- Messages, notifications, and account activity logs
What may be retained, and for how long
We delete your personal data within 90 days of a verified request. A limited set of data may be kept only where required, as described below:
- Legal & financial records — transaction and tax records we are legally required to keep, retained only for the period required by law, then deleted.
- Fraud & abuse prevention — minimal records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes, kept only as long as necessary.
- Anonymized data — aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you and is not treated as personal data.
Candidate interview audio is not permanently stored, and your data is never used to train AI models. Backups are encrypted and rotate out on a rolling basis; any personal data in backups is fully purged within the 90-day window.
