NiceHire is an AI-powered hiring platform that connects job seekers with organizations through:

• AI-powered job matching and candidate screening
• Virtual interview tools and AI mock interviews
• Resume analysis and optimization suggestions
• Video interview scheduling and management
• Hiring pipeline management and analytics
• Communication tools between talent and organizations
• Subscription-based access to premium features

Our Services use artificial intelligence to enhance the hiring process, including but not limited to automated matching, content analysis, and interview feedback generation.

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types

• Talent Accounts: For job seekers to create profiles, search jobs, and apply to positions
• Organization Accounts: For employers to post jobs, manage candidates, and access hiring tools

AI-Powered Features

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence for various functions including job matching, resume analysis, interview feedback, and candidate screening. You acknowledge that AI systems may not be perfect and results should be considered as assistance rather than definitive assessments.

Data Processing Consent

By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal and professional data through our AI systems for the purposes of:

• Matching job seekers with relevant opportunities
• Analyzing resumes and profiles for optimization
• Providing interview feedback and scoring
• Generating hiring insights and analytics

AI Limitations

You understand that AI-generated content, scores, and recommendations are based on algorithms and may contain errors or biases. Final hiring decisions should always involve human judgment and comply with applicable employment laws.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent our AI systems or security measures
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Collect user information without consent
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

Professional Conduct

All users must maintain professional standards when interacting through the platform. This includes respectful communication, honest representation of qualifications, and adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Subscription Plans

NiceHire offers various subscription plans for both Talent and Organizations. Subscription details, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide advance notice of price changes, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

Platform Content

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by NiceHire and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (resumes, profiles, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems (interview feedback, job matching scores, optimization suggestions) is owned by NiceHire and provided to you under these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (such as Zoom for video interviews). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our AI systems, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content, scores, or recommendations.

Employment Outcomes

We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or hiring outcomes. The Services are tools to facilitate the hiring process, but success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content posted by users or obtained from third-party sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiceHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NiceHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

Termination by You

Effect of Termination
