Senior Technical Lead - AI Platform Development

VecTech Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the development of our next-generation AI-powered recruitment platform. You will lead a team of engineers in building scalable, cloud-native applications that transform how businesses hire talent. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture and development of our AI recruitment platform • Manage a team of 5-8 engineers across frontend and backend development • Design and implement microservices architecture for high-scale systems • Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Collaborate with product teams to deliver features that impact 1M+ users • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Ensure system reliability and performance optimization This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, build systems that handle massive scale, and make a real impact on the future of recruitment technology.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership skills
• Strong experience with C++, Python, or similar systems programming languages
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams (3+ engineers)
• Experience with scalable systems handling 1M+ daily users
• Strong background in system design and architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus
• Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
