Entry-Level Engineer

As an Entry-Level Engineer in our Hong Kong engineering department, you will join a dynamic team focused on developing innovative solutions and supporting engineering projects across various domains. Your role will involve assisting senior engineers in design, analysis, testing, and implementation phases while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You'll contribute to solving real-world engineering challenges while developing your technical expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting engineering design and development activities, conducting technical analysis and calculations, assisting with prototype testing and validation, documenting engineering processes and results, participating in cross-functional team meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and learn from experienced mentors in the field. Success in this role means demonstrating rapid learning capabilities, showing initiative in problem-solving, effectively collaborating with team members, and consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines. Within your first year, you should be able to independently handle assigned engineering tasks, contribute meaningful insights during technical discussions, and show measurable growth in both technical proficiency and professional judgment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution
• 0-2 years of professional engineering experience, including relevant internships or co-op programs
• Familiarity with engineering principles, methodologies, and standard practices
• Basic understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are advantageous
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship
• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and technical capabilities
• Willingness to pursue professional engineering certification when eligible
