About this role
The Asia Pacific ex-Japan RFP Team is responsible for supporting key sales and marketing efforts across the institutional and wholesale/intermediary/retail business channels in Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. The team's main responsibilities include completing detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, tailored responses to information requests which communicate Fidelity's competitive advantages and product features. Craft new content as well as using existing materials. Work closely with the Asia Pacific ex-Japan sales teams, client services teams, investment specialists, and RFP content management team. Proactively organise workload to meet client and internal deadlines. Track and monitor the RFP pipeline of work in progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in writing RFPs or comparable roles (e.g., investment writer, investment marketing) within asset management is essential. Demonstrated applied knowledge of the investment industry and markets, along with a comprehensive understanding of investment products, portfolios, and the operational dynamics of fund management firms. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Highly developed project management and time management skills.
