About this role
Lead financial reporting and control functions for BOCHK, overseeing regulatory reporting, financial accounts and tax compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of financial statements under HKFRS and IAS. Manage regulatory reporting to HKMA and other regulators. Lead tax planning and compliance activities. Implement and maintain financial controls and governance frameworks. Support CFO on financial strategy and management reporting.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 10 years experience in banking finance. Strong knowledge of HKFRS and banking regulatory reporting. Experience managing large finance teams. Deep understanding of HKMA reporting requirements. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
