Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk and compliance frameworks for digital assets. Advise business on regulatory requirements for crypto/digital asset activities. Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets across APAC jurisdictions. Work with legal, compliance and risk teams to manage digital asset risks. Engage with regulators on digital assets matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in financial crime risk or compliance in banking. Deep knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology from a regulatory perspective. Understanding of HKMA and SFC virtual asset regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills.
