- Serve retail customers and provide professional personal banking services. Promote and sell deposit, mortgage, loan and insurance products. Handle customer enquiries and complaints. Process transactions and maintain accurate records. Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred. Good communication skills in Cantonese and English. Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. HKSI and IIQE qualifications an advantage.
