Manage deposit and savings product portfolio for BEA, driving product development and pricing strategies to grow the deposit base.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for deposit and savings products. Develop product pricing strategies and monitor deposit margins. Launch new deposit products and campaigns. Analyse market trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing, digital and branch teams on product promotion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years product management experience in retail banking, preferably in deposits or savings. Strong understanding of deposit pricing, ALM and funding costs. Analytical skills with experience in financial modelling. Knowledge of Hong Kong retail banking market. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
