About this role
The Global Emerging Markets platform manages $12bn in assets under management, spanning 14 strategies across broad emerging markets, regional, and single country exposures. Product Strategists partner closely with Portfolio Managers and act as the link between investment teams and distribution, serving as specialized sources of product, portfolio, and market knowledge for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Represent GEM investment strategies across a broad range of internal and external client engagements. Drive asset growth and retention through proactive client engagement. Own and continuously refine product positioning, defense narratives, and competitive differentiation. Translate portfolio construction, holdings and performance drivers into clear, compelling client messaging. Identify and advance commercial opportunities contributing directly to growth strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in asset management, equity research, investment strategy, sales/account management, or related field. Strong knowledge of equity markets, including key performance drivers, market cycles and competitive landscape. Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, investment communication or product strategy. Proven track record of contributing to commercial outcomes. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
