Responsibilities
- Advise business units on regulatory compliance requirements under HKMA and SFC regulations. Review new products and business initiatives for compliance risks. Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Conduct compliance training for business staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years compliance experience in banking or financial services in Hong Kong. Deep knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements and SFC regulations. Experience in AML/CFT, conduct risk or prudential compliance preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
