Process securities settlement transactions for BOCHK institutional clients, ensuring accurate and timely settlement.
Responsibilities
- Process equity and fixed income securities settlement transactions through HKSCC and international CSDs. Reconcile settlement positions and manage failed trades. Handle client and counterparty queries on settlement matters. Maintain settlement records and documentation. Ensure compliance with settlement rules and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years securities settlement or operations experience in banking or brokerage. Knowledge of HKSCC settlement system and international clearing systems (DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream). Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure. Cantonese and English proficiency required.
