- Develop and execute strategic communication roadmaps for product launches, incentives, and campaigns; Design and implement frameworks, content kits, and training sessions to activate agents' social media presence; Oversee the operational continuity of design and execution; Monitor and analyze engagement metrics; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Promotion, MDRT/HNW, and Recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; At least 8 years of Insurance experience; Strong strategic thinking and creative skills; Familiarity with social media activation and digital content creation; Excellent leadership and team management abilities; Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; Excellent command of English and Chinese
