- Source and process residential mortgage applications. Develop relationships with property agents and developers. Conduct mortgage interviews and explain product terms. Process mortgage applications and liaise with conveyancing solicitors. Achieve monthly mortgage disbursement targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years mortgage sales experience. Knowledge of Hong Kong mortgage products and HKMA mortgage guidelines. Strong relationship skills with property industry network. Cantonese fluency required. HKSI qualifications preferred.
