Requirements

  • Top class Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field from leading university. Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience required. Strong analytical and modeling skills (critical to success). Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts. Ability to analyze and value businesses. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Attention to detail in work product quality. Organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Positive, highly motivated individual. Strong leadership and management qualities. Professional integrity and understanding of regulatory environment. Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented. Strong team player. Familiarity with Healthcare sector and corporate landscape (not essential).
