Director-level position in the Control Group responsible for maintaining Information Barriers, managing conflicts of interest, and overseeing employee trading activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead oversight and maintenance of Watch and Restricted Lists. Oversee documentation and governance under Wall Crossing policies. Review Fixed Income and Equity Research for compliance. Chaperone communications between Research and Private Side businesses. Approve employee personal account dealing pre-clearances. Identify and escalate conflicts of interest. Drive enhancement of processes and controls.
Requirements
- University degree preferably in business, accounting, or law. Extensive experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory environments within financial services. Deep understanding of insider trading, market abuse, and Information Barrier frameworks. Excellent communication skills. At least 6 years relevant experience.
