Responsibilities
- Support development of BEA's annual strategic plan and medium-term strategy. Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis. Develop business cases for strategic initiatives. Coordinate strategic planning processes across business units. Prepare board-level presentations on strategy and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategy, management consulting or banking. Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills. Ability to synthesise complex information and develop clear strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills at executive level. Fluency in English and Chinese.
