About this role
Implement operational risk management frameworks for BEA, conducting risk assessments and monitoring operational risk events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) with business units. Monitor and analyse operational risk events and near misses. Maintain operational risk registers and risk indicators. Review new products and processes for operational risks. Prepare operational risk reports for management and risk committees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years operational risk management experience in banking. Knowledge of operational risk frameworks (Basel, HKMA guidelines). Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Experience conducting RCSA workshops. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
