FWD Group is a pan-Asian life and health insurance business serving more than 38 million customers across 10 markets. The Director of Financial Crime Compliance assumes the role of MLRO delegate and supports the AML/CTF function under delegated authority.
Responsibilities
- Assume role of MLRO delegate for suspicious transaction reporting. Support AML/CTF function under delegated authority. Manage and provide oversight to FCC function. Provide FCC advisory to business units on AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, ABC, FATCA/CRS. Support compliance transformation initiatives and system enhancements. Participate in annual compliance cycle including risk assessments and monitoring. Support regulatory inspections and internal audits. Coach and guide team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business or finance. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in insurance, financial services industry or regulatory bodies in legal, compliance, management, or internal control functions. Hands-on experience in AML systems, EDD, FATCA/CRS, Sanctions advisory. Sound understanding of insurance regulatory and financial crime frameworks.
