Conduct property valuations for BEA mortgage lending and collateral management purposes in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop and field valuations of residential and commercial properties for mortgage and credit purposes. Review third-party valuation reports and assess reasonableness. Monitor property market trends and collateral values. Manage the bank's approved panel of external valuers. Prepare valuation reports for credit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years property valuation experience in Hong Kong. Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice Division) preferred. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong property market. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
