Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing mandates for IPOs and corporate finance transactions. Manage day-to-day execution and actively participate in due diligence processes. Conduct thorough financial analysis, industry research, and valuation assessments. Assist in preparation of financial models, pitchbooks, and presentation materials. Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external professional parties.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with substantial experience in investment banking. Strong financial analytical skills including proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Familiarity with Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, and other regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
