About this role
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team to help support the important business enablement functions that keep EY running strong. You will work across teams to provide knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and articulate financial performance issues. Initiate short and long term programs to support the business in addressing structural and market issues impacting financial performance. Financial Planning for the Service Line. Lead the corresponding service line operation team to implement market segment business transformation initiatives. Construct formal project plans, protocols and governance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree above, 5-8 years working experience. Experience in working directly with partners and senior executives, and able to influence at all levels. Self-starter; able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail. Excellent presentation skill in English and Mandarin (both written and oral) is a must.
