This Senior Business Analyst role is pivotal in shaping and executing Fidelity's future investment capability line-up and Go To Market strategy. Operating at the intersection of product innovation, technology enablement, and client experience, you will drive solutions that support growth and retention targets in a dynamic marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and end-to-end delivery for initiatives that define, design and execute new investment capabilities, including digital assets, tokenisation, private markets, and active ETFs. Partner with Product, Sales, Distribution, Technology, Operations, and Investment Management teams. Support fund launches across segments and geographies. Define requirements, shape solutions, and support delivery across front-to-back ETF workflows. Translate strategic intent into target operating models and actionable requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management, ideally with hands-on involvement in product delivery, client propositions, and platform implementation initiatives. Solid understanding of ETF operating workflows across the full product lifecycle. Knowledge of securities lending, collateral management, and prime broker interactions highly desirable. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Relevant degree-level education, with CFA or FRM preferred.
