Provide general legal support for BEA across corporate, regulatory and commercial matters in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Review and draft legal documents including contracts, agreements and corporate resolutions. Support regulatory filings and statutory compliance. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions. Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience. Hong Kong law qualification required. Broad legal knowledge across corporate, commercial and financial services law. Strong drafting and research skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
