About this role
Lead a retail banking branch for BOCHK, managing staff, customer service delivery and business development in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of retail branch operations including sales, service, compliance and people management. Drive customer acquisition and retention through strong community relationships. Ensure branch meets compliance, risk and operational standards. Develop and coach branch staff to achieve their potential. Manage branch P&L and achieve financial targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years retail banking experience with at least 4 years branch management experience. Strong track record of team leadership and business development. Deep knowledge of retail banking products and HKMA regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and community network. Cantonese fluency essential, Mandarin preferred.
