Support investment banking transactions for Greater China clients, including M&A, ECM and DCM deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation and due diligence for investment banking transactions. Prepare pitch books, information memoranda and management presentations. Support deal execution across M&A, equity and debt capital markets. Research industry trends and company analysis. Coordinate with legal, compliance and other advisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years investment banking or M&A advisory experience. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. Knowledge of Greater China capital markets. Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
