This role provides an opportunity to support compliance oversight across multiple Asian markets within General Account and Private Markets investments. The position offers exposure to cross-border regulatory matters, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advice to business stakeholders across multiple Asian markets; Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan; Contribute to development and maintenance of compliance policies; Support licensing matters and regulatory filings; Support compliance review of new investment opportunities including AML/CTF screening; Assist in reviewing legal and commercial documentation; Support preparation of compliance reporting for senior management; Participate in compliance programme initiatives
Requirements
- Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, investment operations, or within a financial regulator; Foundational knowledge of the investment industry; Basic understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks including Hong Kong SFC requirements; Background in audit, law, compliance, or investment operations; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Good organizational and time management skills
