About this role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Group Legal team on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.
Responsibilities
- Undertake general legal research support; Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements; Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments; Support specific projects and initiatives; Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel
Requirements
- Undergraduate with relevant studies; Good English writing skills; Proficiency in MS Office and other technology; Keen to learn and passionate in legal function
