Lead compliance advisory and monitoring functions for BEA, ensuring adherence to HKMA regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory compliance advice to business units. Monitor compliance with HKMA, SFC and other regulatory requirements. Review new products and business activities for compliance risks. Develop and update compliance policies and procedures. Conduct compliance training and awareness programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years compliance experience in Hong Kong banking. Deep knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements including AMLO, Banking Ordinance and SFO. Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
