About this role
The role involves collaborating with Associate Directors and Senior Managers to formulate new policies, enhance existing frameworks, and enforce firm-wide guidance on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, and Sanctions Laws. The Manager will monitor global regulatory developments, oversee compliance activities, conduct compliance testing and analysis, and assess compliance risks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Associate Directors and Senior Managers to formulate new policies and enhance existing frameworks. Monitor global and local regulatory developments and assess impacts on compliance processes. Drive policy updates, implement process improvements, and design targeted training programs. Lead comprehensive compliance testing and perform in-depth analysis. Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigating controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in audit, legal, or risk management roles. Bachelor's degree or higher. Advanced skills in MS Office especially Word and Excel. Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous. Proven leadership skills in managing teams and strategic problem-solving abilities.
