Handle day-to-day banking operations for BEA including payment processing, account maintenance and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Process domestic and international payment transactions (CHATS, SWIFT, FPS). Handle account opening and maintenance requests. Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and suspense items. Respond to internal and external queries on banking operations. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years banking operations experience. Knowledge of payment systems (CHATS, SWIFT, FPS). Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data processing. Proficiency in Cantonese and English. Willing to work overtime during peak periods.
