About this role
The Investment Advisor will work closely with Relationship Managers to provide appropriate overall investment advice to meet the investment needs of clients. The principal objective is to enhance the relevance of the Bank to the clients, thereby leading to an increased share of wallet, revenues and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Understands and adopts SCB PvB business strategy and investment philosophy. Drive profitable growth by providing appropriate investment advice to new and existing clients. Focus on suitability of investments for dedicated group of clients. Liaise with Relationship Managers to produce account plans. Provide tailored portfolio and trading service of relevant investment solutions. Provide timely analysis of market and product information. Review client investment portfolios on annual basis. Deliver good investment performance commensurate with clients' risk and return appetite.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Banking or Finance with HKMA/SFC certification. University graduated; professional qualification including CFA/FRM/CPA a plus. Good understanding of Wealth Management Industry, especially Private Banking. Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
