Provide legal advisory services for BOCHK corporate banking and capital markets transactions in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate legal documentation for corporate banking transactions including syndicated loans, bilateral facilities and trade finance. Advise on regulatory and legal requirements for capital markets transactions. Manage external legal counsel relationships. Provide legal training to business teams. Support litigation and dispute resolution as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years experience in banking and finance law. Hong Kong solicitor or barrister qualification required. Experience in corporate banking, syndicated lending or capital markets transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Cantonese and English proficiency required.
