Partner with BOCHK business units as an HR business partner, providing strategic HR advisory and talent management support.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory services to business unit leaders and managers. Support talent acquisition, performance management and succession planning. Lead employee relations matters and grievance handling. Implement HR programs and initiatives across assigned business units. Analyse HR data and provide insights to business leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years HR experience with at least 3 years as HR business partner in financial services. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and HR practices. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
