About this role
Drive retail banking sales at BOCHK branches, promoting deposit, loan and insurance products to retail customers.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell retail banking products including savings, mortgages, personal loans and insurance. Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints. Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements. Support branch operations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail banking sales experience. Knowledge of retail banking products including mortgages and insurance. Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English. HKSI and IIQE qualifications preferred.
