Responsibilities
- Manage and develop portfolio of corporate banking customers focusing on real estate sector. Deepen client relationships and achieve individual business targets for income generation, deposits growth, non-fund income growth and cross-selling. Keep abreast of real estate market trends and acquire new business through referrals. Ensure all relevant control measures to minimize risk exposure in real estate transactions. Negotiate and structure credit facilities and prepare credit proposals. Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related qualifications. Proven experience in credit and customer relationship management in banking. License holder of securities (HKSI) and insurance (IIQE). Sound credit analytical skills and profound knowledge in commercial banking products. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
