About this role
This role is to coordinate and establish with the vendors and service providers in delivering the ongoing and project-based Infrastructure services and driving the internal initiative projects. In addition, to ensure the compliance of the vendor's service performance and align with the internal PCA's policies and external regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality IT DevOps services and cloud infrastructure are delivered efficiently; Manage IT support vendor and regional technology team; Work with site reliability engineers to solve operational problems; Deploy automated agile processes and scrum frameworks; Liaise with regional technology team and IT services vendors; Conduct vendor meetings to review system changes; Manage vendor relationships and SLA monitoring; Drive process improvement initiatives; Manage to provide reports and analysis for Senior Management
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in insurance and/or banking and finance sectors with at least 3 years vendor management; Experience in managing data center operations; Solid experience in outsourcing services and vendor management; Strong leadership and project management skills; Knowledge of scrum framework; Experience with Cisco networks and security; Experience in LAN/WAN and Windows/Linux/Unix environments; Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies
