About this role
BlackRock has an opportunity for a qualified candidate to join the firm as a Principal-level professional in the Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) Solutions business, based in Hong Kong. As part of the GIP Solutions Capital Formation & Solutions team, the candidate will lead capital formation, investor servicing, and strategic investor projects for the Asia Pacific region. GIP Solutions manages close to $20B in AUM with one of the most experienced infrastructure multi-manager teams in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for capital formation, client due diligence, and product development for the Asia Pacific region. Support fundraising efforts with a focus on the Asia Pacific region across client channels. Prepare and present client investment pipeline and portfolio reviews including quantitative and qualitative portfolio analyses. Develop varied analysis and answer ongoing queries from clients and distribution colleagues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in preferably multi-manager or direct infrastructure or private equity firms, or in placement agents covering these asset classes. Proven track record in working with investors and raising capital at scale in the Asia Pacific region. Strong analytical skillset with ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Undergraduate degree with demonstrated record of academic achievement.
