Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts, regulatory reports and other financial reporting. Prepare monthly schedules and analysis. Prepare daily cash report and monitor fund transfer and deposits. Review and maintain ebanking master data updates, arrange change of bank signatories. Assist automation in work processes, data analysis, schedules and reports. Coordinate with regional finance and shared service center in mainland China. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1 year accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting industry are welcome to apply. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience in accounting software; knowledge of SAP is an advantage. A good command of both spoken and written English. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills.
