About this role
Client Service Manager works closely with Investment Representatives to manage client relationships and deliver private wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth clients at Morgan Stanley Asia.
Responsibilities
- Execute banking and investment transactions for clients (equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivatives, mutual funds, alternative investments). Conduct pre-trade checks on product suitability. Follow up order executions and handle trade booking and settlement. Monitor accounts' margin usage and manage margin calls. Handle clients' asset transfer requests. Answer client enquiries and address feedback. Collect and prepare account opening documentations, perform KYC and due diligence. Conduct regular reviews on account profile, documentation and investment risk profile.
Requirements
- University graduate in Finance or related disciplines. Relevant client service experience in wealth management or private banking. Good knowledge of wealth management and private banking products. Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) designation preferred. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
