Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, developers and referral sources. Source mortgage business from property transactions and customer referrals. Conduct mortgage interviews and process applications. Achieve monthly mortgage sales targets. Provide professional mortgage advisory to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years mortgage sales experience. Knowledge of Hong Kong mortgage market and HKMA mortgage regulations. Strong networking skills with property industry contacts. HKSI qualifications preferred. Cantonese fluency required.
